Current Clubs & Organizations


UNO has over 100 clubs and organizations, you can join one or many. Below is a list of groups organized by type. Choose one that interests you and click the link or contact the SOLP office to learn more.

Start an Organization


To start an organization you must meet the following requirements.
  • Your group must consist of at least 4 (four) registered UNO students or paid the UPF fee
  • Each member must have a cumulitive GPA of at least 2.0
  • Each member must be in good standing with the university
  • Read the New Organization Packet to learn about how to be a club
  • Download and complete the Constitution Template and the Letter of Intent
  • call the SOLP office at 402-554-2711 to set up an appointment to have your constitution reviewed

Club Purposes

Mav Radio

If you have spent any time in the Milo Bail Student Center in the last 15 years or so, chances are you've seen that large glass cage next to the convenience store full of CDs, microphones and large electronics equipment. Chances are, you've even seen people in that space at one time or another. These are the people who work with and support MavRadio, the student-run radio station on campus. Here, MavRadio's music director, Michael Brich, explains what MavRadio is and how to get involved.
